How you navigate through life and how you feel largely depends on your thoughts. Your thoughts are immensely powerful. They determine how you feel, your decisions and your actions. There will always be events and circumstances that you cannot control. But if you learn to control your thoughts, your mood and behavior no longer depend on circumstances but on you. Only by mastering your inner world, you can successfully navigate your outer world and embody the change you envision.During this session you will:
1. Learn how the brain works when it comes to regaining control over your thoughts, feelings
and actions.
2. Look at your guilt complex - If not managed, it can cause us to waste valuable energy.
3. Empower your mental resilience which will enable you to set healthy boundaries.

Hoe je door het leven navigeert en hoe je je voelt, hangt grotendeels af van je gedachten. Je gedachten zijn enorm krachtig. Ze bepalen hoe je jezelf voelt, je beslissingen en je acties. Als je leert om je gedachten te beheersen, zijn je gevoel en gedrag niet langer afhankelijk van omstandigheden, maar van jou. Alleen door je interne wereld onder controle te krijgen, kun je met succes door de externe wereld navigeren en de verandering creëren die je voor ogen hebt. Tijdens deze sessie leer je:

1. Brein kennis: Je leert hoe je brein de werkelijkheid creëert; en hoe je gedachten onder controle kunt krijgen.

2. Zelfbewustzijn: Neem je beslissingen op basis van emoties of cognitieve denkvaardigheden? Wat is de kwaliteit van jouw gedachten?

3. Persoonlijke empowerment: Pas efficiënte neurowetenschappelijke technieken toe om je mentale veerkracht te versterken en de kwaliteit van je gedachten te verbeteren.
