Chances are you're straight and you've never wondered if you were born in the right body. Yet diversity and inclusion of LGBTQ+ people is a social issue. In this session, Florien tells you about the origin of prejudice, its different forms and why this affects everyone. Florien not only shows you how diverse the subject is but by means of an interesting analogy also makes you feel what it’s really like to be different from the norm. Because what if you ended up on another planet, where all norms and values are completely different from yours?This interactive session not only provides knowledge and reflection but also time to discuss the subject and thus to think positively, diversely and inclusively.
